Exhibitors Invited

We anticipate approximately 50 exhibitors from the U.S. Government and industry to participate in the exhibit show, as well as non-U.S. exhibitors from NATO and Coalition Partner countries.  Exhibit space is available on a first-come-first-served basis.  Prime location booths will go first. The exhibit area will showcase government, industry, and academic state-of-the-art in combat identification and friendly force tracking capabilities and successes. Multiple social functions are built into the program to maximize the exhibitors’ exposure to attendees. A Monday evening reception with light hors d’oeuvres and cash bar will kick off the exhibit hall. Tuesday features a lunch in the exhibit hall and an evening reception, a lunch / poster session will be held in the exhibit hall on Wednesday. To facilitate discussion and networking, door prizes and sponsor certificates will be awarded in the exhibit hall during the functions.  (See sponsorship opportunities available to exhibitors).  The Exhibit Hall will be cleared for unlimited public release.

Fees & Booth Reservations

Please contact Pamela Myers at (937) 476-2168, or Pamela.myers@gdit.com for exhibit questions.  To reserve your exhibit space, please complete the online form. Booth space reservations and fees are due by 12 March 2010 31 March 2010.  The early booth fee is $495 per 8’ x 10’ booth if reservations and payment are received by 12 March 2010 31 March 2010.  After this date, the exhibit space is $595 per 8’ x 10’ booth.  There is no booth fee for government exhibitors.  No refunds for exhibit cancellations will be granted after 5 April 2010. Cancellations prior to 5 April 2010 will result in a refund of paid exhibit fees, minus a $75 processing fee.

USA RDECOM CERDEC Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) has developed a range of computer-based training tools to assist with Combat Identification in the operational theater. Recognition of Combat Vehicles (ROC-V) and Recognition of Combatants - Improvised Explosive Devices (ROC-IED) are two such trainers. ROC-V trains soldiers to identify combat and civilian vehicles using real visible and thermal imagery of over 200 platforms. ROC-IED is an awareness level trainer designed to help Warfighters prevent IED-related incidents in the Afghan and Iraqi theaters. Demos of both software products as well as information pertaining to how Service members can obtain this government-owned software will be presented in the exhibit.
