A block of rooms has been reserved for all 2010 CID-FFT Symposium attendees at the Newport News Marriott at City Center, address below.  Please reference the group block name of “CID” when making reservation.  The cut-off date for making reservations in the CID block is Wednesday, June 9, 2010.  The group rate is the current government per diem rate for Newport News, Virginia:  $80.00 per night, plus applicable state and local taxes of 12.5%.

Guaranteeing Your Hotel Reservations
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card – the Marriott will not hold any reservation unless secured by one of these methods.  If you cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received by the Marriott at least 72 hours prior to the day of your arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.

Parking at the Hotel
Self parking is free for overnight guests.  Valet parking is $12.00 per night.  Day Guest parking is $5.00 for valet parking or complimentary for self-parking. See General Info & Logisitics for driving directions.
