All technical sessions (Monday through Thursday, June 28 – July 1) and exhibits will be held in a cleared for unlimited public release environment at the Newport News Marriott at City Center.

Foreign Visit Requests:
Foreign Visit Requests (FVRs) must be approved by close of business 15 June 2010. Citizens of Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and NATO countries should submit their visit requests through the normal embassy process. Please submit your FVR far enough in advance to be processed and approved by 15 June 2010. Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) information coming soon.
Visit requests must be submitted in advance of this event.

Foreign attendees are strongly advised to verify that their visit request has been received and approved by the FDO well in advance of the 15 June 2010 due date, AND prior to making any travel arrangements.
Electronic Devices – at the Marriott: |
Electronic devices will be allowed into the sessions at the hotel. However, no recording devices or cameras are allowed in the sessions or the exhibit hall. You will be allowed to take in your cell phone even if it has a camera, but no photos can be taken. Also, cell phones must be on “silent” or “mute” mode in the technical sessions.
You may take any notes you wish at the sessions taking place at the hotel. |
