Preliminary Sponsorship Opportunities & Packages |
Maximize your organization’s marketing opportunity to the CID-FFT community by becoming a sponsor. The opportunities below are designed to offer your organization high visibility and recognition. Sponsorship packages can be tailored for all budgets. Partial or shared sponsorship packages are welcome!
ALL sponsorships, no matter what the size, include:

Networking functions in the exhibit hall at the Newport News Marriott at City Center hotel, including continental breakfasts, lunches, breaks and receptions, are available for sponsorship. Tokens and attendee give-a-ways sponsorships which include your organization’s logo are also available. Please choose from the following exhibit hall functions (unless otherwise noted), individually or in packages:

CID-FFT Platinum Banner Sponsorship Package - Minimum sponsorship of $25,000*
Package includes a fabric pull-up banner with your company’s logo and artwork design, including the words “Platinum Sponsor of the 2010 CID-FFT Symposium,” located near your booths, up to four booth fees, and prime location in the exhibit hall. This package could sponsor:

Tuesday evening reception, or
-
VIP Breakfast and tokens, or
-
Monday’s reception, or
-
Wednesday’s breakfast and tokens, or
-
another combination totaling at least $25,000.
Multiple Platinum Banner sponsorships are available. |

CID-FFT Diamond Banner Sponsorship Package - Minimum sponsorship of $20,000
Package includes a fabric pull-up banner with your company’s logo and artwork design, including the words “Diamond Sponsor of the 2010 CID-FFT Symposium,” located near your booths, up to two booth fees, and prime location in the exhibit hall. This package could sponsor:

Monday’s reception, tokens and door prizes, or
-
Tuesday’s lunch and Wednesday’s breakfast, or
-
Wednesday’s continental breakfast, lunch and door prizes, or
-
another combination totaling at least $20,000.

CID-FFT Gold Banner Sponsorship Package - Minimum sponsorship of $15,000
Package includes a vinyl hanging banner with your company’s logo, hung in the exhibit hall near your booths, including the words “Gold Sponsor of the 2010 CID-FFT Symposium,” and one booth fee is included with this sponsorship. This package could sponsor:

Monday’s reception, or

Tuesday’s lunch and tokens, or
-
Wednesday’s continental breakfast, or
-
Sponsor of the Day for Thursday, or

another combination totaling at least $15,000.

CID-FFT Sapphire Sponsorship Package - Minimum sponsorship of $10,000
This package could sponsor a continental breakfast, tokens and/or door prizes; or Sponsor of the Day on Thursday and tokens. Multiple Sapphire sponsorships are available. |

CID-FFT Silver Sponsorship Package - Minimum sponsorship of $7,500
This package could sponsor a continental breakfast; Sponsor of the Day on Thursday; or exceptionally nice tokens and door prizes. Multiple Silver sponsorships are available |

CID-FFT Emerald Sponsorship Package - Any Sponsorship up to $7,499
This package could sponsor tokens and/or door prizes. Multiple Emerald sponsorships are available. |
