Non-Cooperative Target ID Symposium Venue for New Software DebutThe Non-Cooperative Target ID information will be shared at this year's NCTI symposium in Dayton, OH. The Symposium will concentrate on the use of measured signature data to improve techniques in algorithm training and model validation. The Symposium will also feature the debut of an exclusive windows version of the NASIC NCTI radar processing software suite, which will be available to customers starting the second quarter of 2008. 2008 RASTE to Organize Tours at Wright-Patterson AFBExcerpts by Holly
H. Jordan The 2008 Responsive Access to Space Technology Exchange has added technical tours to this year's agenda, showcasing some of the relevant technology at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. These include Wind Tunnel Facilities Tour (Click here for informative pdf) or Structural Test Facilities Tour Click here for informative pdf. Also new for 2008 is the FAST Program Overview. The FAST program seeks to mature hypersonic air vehicles and space launch technologies by designing, developing, and then testing the technologies in a series of ground-based experiments. These technologies could potentially be used on a variety of future reusable high-speed air and space vehicles. To learn more about the FAST Program visit the AFRL website.
