Table-Top, Pop-Up Exhibits/Demonstrations

Become an HPLA exhibitor!  Join the top scientists, researchers and decision makers in their field for special events and networking in the exhibit hall.

Interactive exhibitor and poster sessions are an integral part of the overall technical HPLA program.  A two hour session is scheduled for both Monday and Tuesday evenings.  All attendees will take part in these sessions.  The sessions will include table-top or pop-up displays and/or demonstrations.  Approximately 30 poster presentations will be included in Monday evening’s session, and 30 new poster presentations will be displayed on Tuesday evening.  Exhibits for these sessions will be table-top, pop-up displays and/or demonstrations.  The sessions will take place in the Eldorado Hotel & Spa’s beautiful Pavilion, pictured below.  Please plan to participate by reserving your exhibit space today.  Exhibit space is open, no pipe and drape. 

 

 

Each exhibit area will be 10’ x 10’ and include:

  • One (1) 8’ table

  • Draped and skirted

  • Two (2) chairs

  • One (1) standard 110v outlet

  • Exhibitor’s organization will be recognized in the final program, including logo

  • Exhibitor’s organization will be recognized on the HPLA website, including a link to your website

The AEgis Microsystems Group is comprised of 20 scientists, engineers, and technical staff, co-located at the corporate headquarters in Huntsville AL, Albuquerque NM, and Redstone Arsenal AL.
