Though the official date for the HPLA hotel room block at Bishop’s Lodge has expired, please continue to call the Lodge for reservations until further notice. Please call the front desk at 505-983 6377 and ask for Reservations. Tell them you want to make reservations in the HPLA block. A block of rooms has been reserved at the special conference rate of $149.00 per night, plus 10.65% tax, at the Bishop’s Lodge Ranch Resort & Spa, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

The special rate will be offered three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the Conference dates, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservations. The rate above is for single or double occupancy. An additional charge of $15.00 per person will apply for the 3rd and 4th person per guest room.
The Resort fee ($14.50 per person/per day) is included in the $149 room rate, and includes parking, local phone calls, sleeping room Internet access and long distance access for 800 numbers and credit card calls. The rate negotiated for the 2012 HPLA also includes participation to events listed on the Bishop’s Lodge Activities Calendar, and access to the Fitness Center and Tennis Courts.
To receive the special group rate, please reference the “HPLA” block when making reservations. The cut-off date for making reservations in the “HPLA” block and receiving the special group rate is Thursday, 5 April 2012, no later than 5:00 pm local Santa Fe time.
Also specify your room and bed type when you make your reservations.

Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time: 4:00 pm; Check-out time: noon. If you wish special consideration for late check out, please inquire at the Front Desk on the day of your departure. If late check-out is available, a late charge equal to 50% of the room rate plus tax will be applied to each room vacated after 3:00 pm. Bags may be stored prior to check-in and after check-out for a charge of $5.00 per bag.
Room Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card. You will be charged one night room and tax as a deposit. The deposit is refundable if cancellations are made up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made. A valid credit card must be presented at check in with sufficient funds to pre-authorize payment of all room nights, taxes and ancillary charges.
Parking at Bishop’s Lodge
Parking is included in your room rate. There is also no charge for HPLA attendees parking at the Bishop’s Lodge and staying at a different hotel.
