A block of rooms has been reserved at the special conference rate of $149.00 per night, plus 14.9375% tax, at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa, in downtown Santa Fe. The special rate will be offered three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the Conference dates, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservations. There is a charge of $20 per night for an extra person in the room. Children under 18 years of age stay free in their parents’ room using existing bedding.
To receive the special group rate, please reference the “HPLA” block when making reservations.
Room block will be open for a limited time and is based on availability, so make your reservations today!

Room Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Reservations confirmed with a credit card will be charged one night room and tax deposit which is refundable up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made. Reservations that are cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night room and tax. Changes made after check-in will be subject to a $50.00 fee should you choose to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date at time of check-in.
Parking at the Eldorado
Valet parking is available to hotel guests at $18.00, or the prevailing rate, per 24 hour period. Any attendee parking at the Eldorado that is NOT staying at the Eldorado will be charged $18.00 per day. Parking for non-guests is subject to availability.

**Attendees having reservations in the HPLA block at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa, AND staying at the Eldorado for the duration of their stay In Santa Fe, are eligible for the drawing. (You cannot stay one night at the Eldorado, then check into another hotel and still be eligible to win). The drawing will take place at Wednesday’s dinner. Tickets will be distributed at the Registration Desk on Wednesday, 21 April (time will be announced). Your name must be on the hotel list of guests for the HPLA block to receive a ticket. To win, you must be present at the dinner on Wednesday evening.

Driving Directions from the Albuquerque International Airport to the Eldorado Hotel & Spa
The Eldorado Hotel is located in downtown Santa Fe, about three blocks from the central Plaza, at 309 West San Francisco Street.
Arriving at Albuquerque International Airport, Santa Fe is an hour by either rental car or shuttle service.
- Take I-25 north to Santa Fe and turn off at the St. Francis exit (#282.)
- Travel north on St. Francis 3.5 miles,
- Turn right on West Alameda,
- Turn left at Guadalupe and
- Right on West San Francisco.
