Registration & Pricing

 

Registration fees are due in advance, by the deadline dates listed below. Credit card payment is the preferred method of payment and strongly recommended. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

We will accept checks, however all checks must be drawn on U.S. banks:

 

  • To honor the early-bird fees, all check payments must be post marked by 29 February 2012.
  • All check payments must be received by 16 March 2012.  After this date, all payments must be made online by credit card.
  • Cancellations must be received on or before 20 February 2012 via email to Sherilyn.johnson@gdit.com.  Cancellations received by 20 February 2012 will result in a full refund, minus a $95 processing fee.  No cancellation refunds will be issued after 20 February 2012.  Paid registrations are transferrable at no additional cost to you if you need to send a substitute in your place.
  • Refunds for cancellations resulting from an emergency situation will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.

**If you register and pay the registration fee by 31 December 2011, your name will be entered in a drawing to win back your entire registration fee!
