Call for Sponsors
Showcase your organization by becoming an HPLA sponsor. All 2012 HPLA sponsors will receive table space for pop-up displays, literature and/or demonstrations. The location of your display depends on the sponsorship selected.
Sponsorship opportunities range from $1,000 to $8,000. We’ll tailor a sponsorship to fit any budget:
HPLA Conference Proceedings Sponsorship
$4,000 (one available)
Receive:
- One 6’ draped literature table, located near registration from Monday-Thursday
- Sign recognition in the General Session room
- A link to your website and your logo posted on the HPLA website
- Recognition in the HPLA Program
This sponsorship includes one complimentary registration fee.
Audiovisual Sponsorship
$1,200 (several available)
Receive:
- One 6’ draped literature table, located near registration from Monday-Thursday
- Sign recognition in the General Session room
- A link to your website and your logo posted on the HPLA website
- Recognition in the HPLA Program
*Evening Poster Sessions (Monday) Sponsorship
$1,500 (several available)
Receive:
- One 6’ draped table in the Poster Session Ballroom (for pop-up displays and/or demonstrations – for the evening)
- Sign recognition in the Poster Session room
- A link to your website and your logo posted on the HPLA website
- Recognition in the HPLA Program
$2,500 (same as above, except also receive one 6’ draped literature table near registration from Monday-Thursday)
*Wednesday Group Dinner Sponsorship
$2,500 (several available)
Receive:
- One 6’ draped table in the Dinner Ballroom (for pop-up displays and/or demonstrations)
- One 6’ draped table for literature or pop-up near the registration desk
- Sign recognition in the Ballroom during dinner
- A link to your website and your logo posted on the HPLA website
- Recognition in the HPLA Program
Become the exclusive sponsor of the Wednesday Group Dinner!
$8,000
In addition to what is listed above, you will receive an additional table in the dinner ballroom and dinner napkins with your organization’s logo will be on the dinner tables. Your organization will then have the only sponsor’s display in the dinner room. (Exception: If a sponsorship is secured to provide the entertainment for the dinner, the entertainment sponsor will also have a table at the dinner). Time will be allocated in the agenda to “visit the sponsor” during networking before dinner, for demos and time at your exhibit.
This sponsorship also includes one complimentary registration fee.
*The only displays in the ballroom during the dinner will be the sponsor’s tables.
Group Dinner Entertainment Sponsorship
$2,000 (one available)
This sponsorship includes entertainment that will be provided at Wednesday’s Group Dinner.
Receive:
- One 6’ draped table in the in the Ballroom during dinner (for pop-up displays and/or demonstrations)
- Sign recognition in the Ballroom during dinner
- A link to your website and your logo posted on the HPLA website
- Recognition in the HPLA Program.
Attendee Lanyards (Neck Pouches) Sponsorship SOLD
$1,000 (one available)
The sponsor’s logo will be imprinted on the pouch and neck strap, with the words “Sponsor of the 2012 HPLA.”
