About 2008 ISHM:

The 2008 Integrated Systems Health Management (ISHM) Conference is a forum bringing together experts from government, industry, and academia to discuss state of the art ISHM requirements. The forum fosters the development of partnerships that will in turn support the development of ISHM technologies for current and future applications. The Conference focus in 2008 was “Discovering ISHM through Education and Applications.” 2008's emphasis on education was illustrated with a full day ISHM tutorial, including example applications in the areas of system diagnostics, prognostics, and condition-based maintenance. The tutorial initiated discussion and a common understanding of ISHM concept and terminology leading into the conference technical program. A Plenary Session with leading health management experts, DoD representatives, as well as key industry participants kicked-off conference activity on Tuesday and included an audience Q&A period. Technical sessions and a poster session featuring presenters from a diverse list of organizations focused on the areas of Enabling Technologies, Subsystems Applications, and Platform/System Implementations. Finally, the 2008 ISHM Conference offered an expanded exhibit hall
showcasing the latest ISHM products and services.
