Call for Abstracts

We are solicing abstracts for the following topic areas:

Radio Frequency

  • Small antennas
  • Wearable antennas
  • Reconfigurable antenna systems
  • Embedded/conformal antennas
  • Radar signature control
  • High power antennas and devices
  • Materials for RF-photonics

Thermal, Acoustic:

  • Phononic materials, structured materials with modified thermal properties
  • Thermal signature control
  • Thermal energy recovery
  • Structured materials for detection and control of acoustic signals

TeraHertz

  • Terahertz materials with dynamic properties
  • Terahertz Components: Filters, Modulators, Waveguides
  • Terahertz sources and detectors

Visible/Infrared

  • Structured optical materials
  • Absorbing structures, optical antennas
  • Nonlinear structured materials, enhanced nonlinearities
  • Thermal signature control
  • Compact optical systems
  • Energy conversion and harvesting

Abstract submissions outside of these topics will be considered as well. Special emphasis will be placed on metamaterial systems connected to specific applications and application needs that can be addressed by a metamaterials approach.
