Poster Session
Abstracts Due: 19 March 2010
We invite you to submit an abstract for the NT4D poster session. Please see the terms and conditions below before you submit your abstract.
Reminder: The conference this year will be held at the ITAR and US Only Level, therefore you are not required to submit your presentation for public release.
Terms & Conditions
Abstract(s) submitted must:
- Not exceed 1-page (this includes pictures and graphs)
- Be produced as a Word Document (PDFs will not be accepted)
- Use CG Omega Font Title Font Size must be 14 point and bold
- Contain complete contact information: presenters name, organization & address, phone, fax, and email
- Body text must be 12 point Have 1-inch margins

Poster Abstracts titles will be listed in the program and on the website. Any modifications to your original abstract should be submitted to Ms. Sandy Miller, Sandy.Miller@wpafb.af.mil by 19 March.

If you are a non-government participant, you must have a certified DD2345.Certification number must be submitted to Ms. Sherry Johnson, Sherilyn.johnson@gdit.com by 23 March.

An electronic photo (JPG, 150 DPI minimum) should be sent to Ms. Sherry Johnson, Sherilyn.johnson@gdit.com no later than by 23 March for your photo badge. Subject line of your email: "Nano Badge Photo" and label the file "lastname_Your firstname.jpg".

Register for the NT4D Conference online at www.usasymposium.com/nano/ by 23 March. Poster presenters are not automatically registered for the symposium. There is no registration fee; however, all poster authors need to register online in order to hold their poster paper slot.

It is highly recommended that you stay at the conference hotel – Loews Atlanta Hotel. Hotel reservations at this property must be made by 15 April, 1-404-745-5000. Be sure to mention you are with the NanoTechnology for Defense Conference Group to secure your room at the discounted group rate.

Each accepted poster will have a 4ft by 4ft space (minus a one inch boarder) to post your material. You may present your material as a single poster or as individual slides. If you choose to post individual pages this will accommodate approximately 16 to 20 – 8 ½ x 11 pages.

Set-up is required on Monday, 3 May between 0800 – 1700. Poster presenters must check-in at the NT4D registration desk prior to set-up. During set-up and tear-down all poster presenters entering the hall must have a NT4D registration badge. The NT4D Planning Committee reserves the right to cancel any poster space for misrepresentation of information. Tear-down will take place on Thursday, 6 May from 0700 – 1200. Any posters remaining after tear-down will be thrown away unless other arrangements have been made with Sandy.Miller@wpafb.af.mil.
