A block of rooms at special rates has been reserved at the Burlington Marriott Hotel, the site of the unclassified 2008 NFCS technical sessions and Exhibit Hall. Please reference the room block name, “NFCS 1,” when making reservations. To receive the special rate, the hotel must receive your reservations no later than close of business 11 July 2008.

Special 2008 NFCS Rates

*$138.75 per night, plus tax (currently 9.7%) (Limited # of rooms).
After the above block is full, the rate increases to $159.00 per night, plus tax, until this block is full.

*The 2008 Government Per Diem rate for Burlington MA (Middlesex County) is $111.00 per night. The $138.75 rate is 125% of per diem.

Boston Logan Airport (BOS): 1-781-869-8000. The Boston Burlington Marriott is 18 mi NW of the airport. Driving directions from Logan to the Boston Burlington Marriott:
 

• Turn LEFT out of the airport access road. Take the Boston exit to the Sumner Tunnel. There’s a $2 toll to the tunnel.
• During rush hours the left turn toward the tunnel may be closed. Don’t panic! Follow the signs which point to Boston and the Sumner Tunnel. Keep LEFT in the tunnel. Be careful exiting the tunnel; there are two possible right turns. (Do not take the first right turn which stays on level ground because this goes into downtown Boston). Take the left-most right turn and go up the ramp marked I-93 North. Stay to the left on the expressway and follow the signs for route I-93 North and Salem, NH. This goes over a bridge. Once over the bridge, the signs still say I-93 North.
• Take I-93 North to Exit 37B, which takes you to I-95 South.
• From I-95 South, take Exit 33B (Burlington). Go straight through the lights onto Burlington Mall Road. Take the 1st left to the Marriott.
• If you take a taxi to the hotel from Logan, the estimated fare is $60.00 (one way).
