Attendance at the ORION Conference at the Holiday Inn

The technical sessions of the ORION Conference held at the Holiday Inn will be open to all interested persons.

Attendance at the Classified ORION Conference Presentations

The classified presentations on Thursday, 14 January will take place at Wright-Patterson AFB and will be limited to attendees who, at a minimum, meet the following criteria:

Hold a final (not interim) U.S. SECRET clearance
Are eligible to enter Wright-Patterson AFB
Submit and receive approval of a visit request (VR) prior to the ORION Conference

Please submit your VR for the 2010 ORION Conference, through JPAS no later than 7 January 2010 to AFRL/RYAA using SMO Code WE1MFSDH6, POC is Michael P. Bakich, phone number 937-904-9285.

If JPAS is unavailable or if your organization does not use JPAS (please check with your security officer), please fax the VR to 937-253-2296, Attn: Nancy Johnson, ORION Conference.
