SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

A Galaxy Sponsor earns the designation of “SCTC Lead Sponsor”, reflected in all sponsor recognition materials. Galaxy sponsorship provides outstanding marketing and promotional impact. This package could sponsor an evening social event at a unique facility or restaurant in Albuquerque, sponsor a lunch, or a combination of any two of the following: a continental breakfast, the Poster Presentation or additional Reception, or afternoon refreshments. All sponsored food events will feature the sponsor logo on printed napkins. A Galaxy Sponsor will also receive a custom fabric banner bearing the “SCTC Lead Sponsor” designation located in the meetings pace foyer, two (2) complimentary SCTC Registrations, and a Big Box ad on the SCTC website. Custom logo give-aways are also included with a Galaxy Sponsorship. Only one (1) Galaxy Sponsorship is available.

This package could sponsor an evening activity or a combination of any two of the following: a full day’s breaks and refreshments or the Poster Presentation Reception. All sponsored food events will feature the sponsor logo on printed napkins. A Solar System Sponsor will also receive a custom fabric banner, two (2) complimentary SCTC Registrations, and a Leaderboard ad on the SCTC website bearing the designation of “Official Web Sponsor”. Custom logo give-aways are also included with a Solar System Sponsorship. Only one (1) Solar System Sponsorship is available.

This package could sponsor a lunch, or one of the following: a full day’s breaks or the Poster Presentation Reception. All sponsored food events will feature the sponsor logo on printed napkins. A Star Sponsor will also receive two (2) complimentary SCTC Registrations and a Big Box ad on the SCTC website. Multiple Star Sponsorships are available.

A Satellite Sponsor will also receive two (2) complimentary SCTC Registrations and a Banner ad on the SCTC website. Multiple Satellite Sponsorships are available.

Sponsorship packages can be tailored for any budget, and partial or shared sponsorship packages are possible. ALL sponsorships, no matter what the size, include recognition on a sponsor sign at the event, sponsor recognition on SCTC website (name and logo) and sponsor logo in the final Program in addition to the benefits listed for each sponsorship level.
