Call for Displays / Posters

today.
A generous amount of designated time has been built into the
agenda for Display & Poster Sessions in the Exhibit Hall.
Reserve your space for pop-up and/or table-top displays, poster
tutorial presentations, poster displays for other information,
and demonstrations. Breaks, a lunch, brunch and an evening get
together with refreshments are among the networking functions
that will take place in the poster / display exhibit area during
these working sessions. All attendees are invited to these
sessions; they are a vital portion of the TMC.
If you wish to showcase your organization’s work in the
Technology Maturity arena by setting up a pop-up or table-top
display or a poster, and/or give a computer demonstration during
these sessions, please reserve your space by 28 August 2008 by
completing the Poster
Registration Form below.
You will receive the use of a 4’ x 8’ free-standing poster board
AND a 6 foot table from which to display your materials and/or
your computer demonstration or pop up display. Display materials
will be mounted on the poster board with push pins or Velcro,
which will be provided. You will use one side of the
double-sided poster board; another poster presenter will use the
opposite side of the board. Space is limited and available on a
first-come-first-served basis so please register for display /
poster space early!
There is no pipe & drape needed and no exhibit company will be
contracted.

Poster & Demo Tear Down |
The fee for the table and poster board area is $250. If you require
electricity, the fee is $300. Only one standard outlet per poster
presenter is available. The deadline for payment and reserving your
poster / table space is 28 August 2008.
Fee includes:
• One 6’ table, draped & skirted
• One 4’ x 8’ poster board
• Velcro or push pins for mounting board materials
• One chair
• Organization name and website listed on the 2008 TMC website as a
poster presenter
• Organization listed as a Poster / Demo Presenter in the 2008 TMC Final
Program
Display / Poster Space Cancellation / Refund Policy:
If you cancel your display / poster space on or before 28 August 2008, you
will receive a full refund of the space fee, minus a $75 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued on display / poster space cancellations
made after 28 August 2008. Cancellations must be received via
email to nancy_johnson@gdit.com.
Mailing Your Display / Poster Materials to the Hotel
If you plan to mail display / poster materials to the hotel, please mail
to the address below and use the following instructions. Mailing Label
must contain the following information:

Guest Arrival Date: Put the date you are checking-in at the hotel
RE: 2008 TMC Meeting
Please plan to arrive at the hotel BEFORE your materials arrive. The
hotel will deliver the packages to you when they arrive. If you must
arrive after your materials are delivered, please mark “Hold for guest”
on each package, in addition to the above information on the label. Your
name and arrival date MUST be on each package whether you arrive before
or after your materials.
Display / Poster Registration Form & Payment
To reserve display / poster space at the 2008 TMC, please send payment
to the address below and complete and submit the registration form
below. If you have any questions regarding the space or specifications,

Poster Registration
NOTE: If using a credit card to pay the space fee, after completing the
form below please call Ms. Nancy Johnson with your credit card number,
937-254-7950, extension 1155. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American
Express.
