Please call Nancy Johnson at 937-476-2156 to make dinner reservations. Attendees are welcome to bring dinner guests.

A $25 non-refundable deposit per person is required by 3 September 2008. Please give Nancy your credit card information to pay the deposit for yourself and any guest(s).

Dinner prices on the Special Group Menu include your food, tax & gratuity. Prices do NOT include beverages. The balance of your dinner costs (after the $25 advance deposit) will be paid at the restaurant.

All selections from the menu will be made at the restaurant.
