You must provide proof that you are a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing at time of event to be eligible for this fee.
Advanced sign-up of notebooks is required. All notetaking must take place in the designated classified conference notebook. Select this 1-time fee, which covers processing & shipping of your notebook(s) after the conference, if you'd like the option to take notes. You must submit the conference mailing form in advance to receive your notebook onsite. This fee is non-refundable after 6 September 2024.

Credit Card Payment (with PayPal): We only use the PayPal service to process credit card payments online - you do not need to have or create a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued until June 17th, 2024 for attendee registrations only minus a $85 processing fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your paid registration to a new attendee with no penalty. No refunds will be given for program ads or sponsorships.
