You must provide proof that you are a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing at time of event to be eligible for this fee.

Credit Card Payment (with PayPal): We only use the PayPal service to process credit card payments online - you do not need to have or create a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued until May 2nd, 2025 for attendee registrations only minus a $85 processing fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your paid registration to a new attendee (within the same organization) with no penalty. No refunds will be given for program ads or sponsorships.
