All Technical Sessions, exhibit hall and poster session will take place at the Shades of Green Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Please note that The Shades of Green is the only official hotel of the NFCS.
Please note: NFCS is not working with any 3rd party "booking companies." Many of these companies are scam artists. We ask that if you are directly contacted by one of these companies to book your room for the NFCS, you contact us immediately so we can report it.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, you must contact Shades of Green at least 30 days prior to your arrival date in order to avoid a deposit forfeiture. If canceling within 30 days, documentation will be requested (e.g. change of orders, doctor’s note, etc.) to waive the fee.
Please be aware that if you fail to check-in on your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a no show penalty in the amount of one night’s room rate.
If a change of departure date is received after the day of check-in, you will be charged an early departure fee in the amount of one night’s room rate. If proper documentation is received (i.e. medical documentation from an accredited physician or a change in Military Orders), the early departure fee will be waived or refunded.
