Pricing and Registration

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued until November 14th, 2016 for symposium registrations only minus a $75 processing fee. Refunds will only be credited by a check drawn on U.S. dollars. No refunds will be given for sponsorships, program ads, exhibit tabletops, or for registrations after November 15th. Registrants may transfer their registration to another attendee with no penalty.

Dress for the symposium is Business Casual or Uniform of the Day for active duty military.

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) and check payments.

Credit Card Payment (with PayPal) We only use the PayPal service to process credit card payments online – you do not need to have or create a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card.

Need Additional Justification to Attend NFCS?

Consider training funds and continuous learning points. Most organizations have separate funds for training and general travel and have had an easier time getting approval to attend technical conferences under training funds. Does your organization require you to meet continuing education or learning goals each year? Many government attendees in acquisition roles have been using NFCS to help meet these Continuous Learning goals. Participation in the conference counts as a “Professional Activity” and they are able to collect points (also known as CLs or CLPs) for attending and or presenting at the conference. Additional points are also available if you attend the workshops that are held on Monday.
