The 2018 event at Hale Ikena has very limited space for table-top exhibits and space is currently sold out. Exhibitors will be located in the Hale Ikena Couryard and will be available to attendees all week. Exhibit hours include:

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued until November 13th, 2017 for symposium registrations only minus a $75 processing fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued and you may only transfer your registration to another attendee. No refunds will be given for exhibits, sponsorships or program ads.
