Attendee Registration - $925
(Price increases to $1,025 after 10 December 2025)

Price includes access to special topics, plenary session, all technical sessions, the poster session, break refreshments & networking functions. All networking functions are sponsored and are considered widely-attended events and DoD is permitted to attend.


Active Duty Uniformed Attendee Registration - $510

Price includes access to special topics, plenary session, all technical sessions, the poster session, break refreshments & networking functions. All networking functions are sponsored are considered widely-attended events and DoD is permitted to attend. Military dress is required at the symposium.


Full-Time Student Registration - $510

This registration type is intended for full time students only. Price includes access to special topics, plenary session, all technical sessions, the poster session, break refreshments & networking functions. You must provide proof that you are a full time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing at time of event to be eligible for this fee.


Exhibit Booth Tabletop Registration - $1,495
(Price increases to $1,695 after 10 December 2025)

The Exhibit Booth Tabletop Registration fee includes organization listing on the NFCS website; 3-4 sentence company description, logo and URL from the NFCS website to yours; listing in the final program; and (1) 8 foot deep and 10 foot wide booth with pipe and drape. Side walls are ½ height.(1) 8' table, (2) chairs, (1) small trash can, and one (1) attendee registration badge. This badge is automatically assigned to the individual that registers the space and includes access to all technical sessions, break refreshments and networking functions. (All networking events are considered widely attended: they are open to all attendees, included in the registration fee, and considered an essential part of full participation in the symposium.) There are no refunds for exhibit cancellations.


NFCS Networking Lunches - $15

A daily buffet lunch will be offered to attendees for the cost of $15 per person. We encourage you to purchase lunches before the event to secure your spot. There will be a very limited number of lunches for purchase onsite.


NFCS Embroidered Shirt - $40

The NFCS shirt for 2026 will be available for pick-up at the registration desk starting Tuesday afternoon. Men's and women's sizes XS - 4XL are available. You can order this shirt through the registration process. Sizing details will be collected after your shirt order has been placed. The deadline to order is 8 March 2026.
Shirt color will be announced soon.


Symposium Proceedings Set - $100

The Symposium proceedings set consist of an unclassified and a classified volume. Proceedings contain technical presentations, poster presentations, and a list of exhibitors. The classified volume will be sent via ARL SAFE to those with a SIPR address. The proceedings will only be physically mailed if you are unable to receive the classified files via ARL SAFE. (Note: Your organization must have the ability to store classified in order to receive these.) The unclassified volume will be an interactive CUI digital file that will be sent via our encrypted file share system, Kiteworks (not mailed on a DVD).


Unclassified Only Symposium Proceedings - $50

This Symposium proceedings set consists of the unclassified volume only. Proceedings contain technical presentations, poster presentations, and a list of exhibitors. This volume will be an interactive CUI digital file that will be sent via our encrypted file sharing system, Kiteworks (not mailed on a DVD).

Credit Card Payment (with PayPal): We only use the PayPal service to process credit card payments online - you do not need to have or create a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued until 10 December 2025 for attendee registrations only minus a $85 processing fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your paid registration to a new attendee (within the same organization) with no penalty. No refunds will be given for program ads or sponsorships.
