Attendee Early Bird Registration - $795

(After November 12th, price goes up to $895)

Price includes access to tutorials, plenary session, all technical sessions, the exhibit hall, the poster session, Lunch Monday through Thursday, break refreshments & reception.


Exhibit Tabletop Early Bird - $995

(After November 12th, price goes up to $1,195)

Price includes organization listing on the NFCS website, three to four sentence company description on the NFCS website, web link from the NFCS website to yours, listing in the final program, one (1) 6' draped table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) attendee registration badge. Please note that all booth workers must have attendee registration badges for the symposium.

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) and check payments.

Credit Card (PayPal): We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Note: You do not have to sign-in to PayPal to pay online with credit card. Your credit card statement will list “PAYPAL *BLUE52 PROD” as the vendor. Payments made online with a credit card will be processed the same day, and your receipt will be available immediately.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued until November 12th, 2018 for symposium registrations only minus a $75 processing fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your paid registration to a new attendee with no penalty. No refunds will be given for exhibits, program ads or sponsorships.


Need Additional Justification to Attend NFCS?

Consider training funds and continuous learning points. Most organizations have separate funds for training and general travel and have had an easier time getting approval to attend technical conferences under training funds. Does your organization require you to meet continuing education or learning goals each year? Many government attendees in acquisition roles have been using NFCS to help meet these Continuous Learning goals. Participation in the conference counts as a “Professional Activity” and they are able to collect points (also known as CLs or CLPs) for attending and or presenting at the conference. Additional points are also available if you attend the workshops that are held on Monday.
