Pricing and Registration

Dress for the conference is business casual or uniform of the day for active duty military.

Attendee Registration - $995

Price includes access to tutorials, plenary session, all technical sessions, the poster session, break refreshments & networking functions. All networking functions are sponsored are considered widely-attended events and DoD is permitted to attend.


Active Duty Attendee Registration - $495

Price includes access to tutorials, plenary session, all technical sessions, the poster session, break refreshments & networking functions. All networking functions are sponsored are considered widely-attended events and DoD is permitted to attend.


Full Time Student Attendee Registration - $495

This registration type is intended for full time students only. Price includes access to tutorials, plenary session, all technical sessions, the poster session, break refreshments & networking functions. You must provide proof that you are a full time undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing at time of event to be eligible for this fee.


Exhibit Booth Tabletop Registration - $1,595

The Exhibit Booth Tabletop Registration fee includes organization listing on the NFCS website; 3-4 sentence company description, logo and URL from the NFCS website to yours; listing in the final program; and (1) 8 foot deep and 10 foot wide booth with pipe and drape. Side walls are ½ height.(1) eco-friendly, linenless 8’ table, (2) chairs, (1) small trash can, and one (1) attendee registration badge. This badge is automatically assigned to the individual that registers the space and includes access to all technical sessions, break refreshments and networking functions. (All networking events are considered widely attended: they are open to all attendees, included in the registration fee, and considered an essential part of full participation in the symposium.) There are no refunds for exhibit cancellations.


NFCS Networking Lunches - $10

A daily buffet lunch will be offered to attendees for the cost of $10 per person. We encourage you to purchase lunches before the event to secure your spot. There will be a very limited number of lunches for purchase onsite.


NFCS Embroidered Shirt - $40

The NFCS shirt for 2024 will be Carolina Blue available for pick-up at the registration desk starting Tuesday afternoon. Men's and women's sizes XS – 4XL are available. You can order this shirt through the registration process. The deadline to order is 8 March 2024.

Symposium Proceedings Set - $100

The Symposium proceedings set consist of an unclassified and a classified volume. Proceedings contain technical presentations, poster presentations, and a list of exhibitors. The classified volume will be sent via ARL SAFE to those with a SIPR address. The proceedings will only be physically mailed if you are unable to receive the classified files via ARL SAFE. (Note: Your organization must have the ability to store classified in order to receive these.) The unclassified volume will be an interactive CUI digital file that will be sent via DoD Safe File Exchange (not mailed on a DVD).


Unclassified Only Symposium Proceedings - $50

The unclassified symposium proceedings includes only unclassified technical presentations, poster presentations, and a list of exhibitors. This will be an interactive CUI digital file that will be sent via DoD Safe File Exchange (not mailed on a DVD). (NOTE: If you purchased the symposium proceedings set, do not add this item to your registration)

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) and check payments.

Credit Card (PayPal): We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Note: You do not have to sign-in to PayPal to pay online with credit card. Your credit card statement will list “PAYPAL *BLUE52 PROD” as the vendor. Payments made online with a credit card will be processed the same day, and your receipt will be available immediately.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued until January 17th, 2024 for symposium registrations only minus a $85 processing fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your paid registration to a new attendee (within the same organization) with no penalty. No refunds will be given for exhibits, program ads or sponsorships.


Need Additional Justification to Attend NFCS?

Consider training funds and continuous learning points. Most organizations have separate funds for training and general travel and have had an easier time getting approval to attend technical conferences under training funds. Does your organization require you to meet continuing education or learning goals each year? Many government attendees in acquisition roles have been using NFCS to help meet these Continuous Learning goals. Participation in the conference counts as a “Professional Activity” and they are able to collect points (also known as CLs or CLPs) for attending and or presenting at the conference. Additional points are also available if you attend the workshops that are held on Monday.
