Ads need to be submitted as pdfs or tiffs and must be 300 dpi or larger. Colors need to be set as CMYK and not RGB. There is a ¼ margin around all ads, so no ads will bleed to the edge. Finished ads can be sent to Kelli Jameson at kjameson@blue52productions.com, by email if under 10M. If over 10M, let her know and she will give you access to a File Transfer Folder. Ads are due March 15, 2024.
Program ad spreads (two pages side-by-side) will appear in the NFCS program booklet and are designed to 8” wide x 6.5” tall. This is an excellent way to highlight your company to each and every attendee! Ads are due March 15, 2024.
Full page ads will appear in the NFCS program booklet and are designed to 3.75” wide x 6.5” tall. This is an excellent way to highlight your company to each and every attendee! Ads are due March 15, 2024.
Half page ads will appear in the NFCS program booklet and are designed to 3.75” wide x 3.125” tall. This is an excellent way to highlight your company to each and every attendee! Ads are due March 15, 2024.
You have the opportunity to purchase a website banner ad, which will appear on the NFCS website. Web banner ads are $200 per week. We will contact you to finalize details on the date you would like your web banner displayed on the website. Web banners should be designed to be 520 pixels wide x 100 pixels high and should be submitted in jpg or png format. We will also need to know the web address you want it linked to.
NFCS has rolled out some advertising opportunities for those organizations looking to boost their branding at the event. The packages are currently only being offered to paid sponsors and exhibitors for the 2024 NFCS.
